It attempts to recharge a deeply-discharged battery by feeding it a low current, then resumes normal charging when the terminals have sufficient voltage. The built-in Bluetooth allows monitoring and setting changes on a smartphone, tablet or laptop via the VictronConnect app. Comes with both alligator clips and ring terminals.
